Do you no longer move like you used to?
Maybe you find everyday movements and activities that used to be easy, are now in the 'too hard' or 'I'm too old' basket?
Or perhaps your new year's resolution to exercise more has fallen by the wayside because it hurts too much?
This "Move Well" Series of Awareness Through Movement classes will transform your understanding of your body and everyday habits. You will learn and discover more about yourself and how you move through exploring a wide variety of movements.

You get to decide the pace and level of comfort for you. It doesn't matter if you've never tried a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement class before or you've been doing it for years. All body types and levels are welcome.
