Buddhist White Tara Teachings and Practices

Buddhist White Tara Teachings and Practices

The Buddhist teachings and meditation practice of White Tara are immensely useful in everyday life, and over time bring greater clarity, calm and inner-joy. Receiving the empowerment and undertaking regular practice of White Tara increases one’s spiritual vitality, intensifies the capacity for compassion, and overcomes fears, including the fear of death.

Lama Choedak Rinpoche, Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Master visits NZ only twice annually to deliver teachings / public talks based on ancient Dharma knowledge and practices that have been followed for 2,500 years.

Rinpoche is a teacher, author, translator and Buddhist speaker at many international forums. Rinpoche understands and conveys Buddhist Dharma in such a way that western students can grasp this ancient philosophy, and how it applies to a daily context in modern times.

Note: Early Bird Discount if full registration received by 24th August 2019. Teachings are full of anecdotes on a Buddhist perspective on life and how our mind’s processing affects our choices and the actions we take.
