Symphony No.5: Group Exhibition by the CAN Painters

Symphony No.5: Group Exhibition by the CAN Painters

Celebrate the diverse styles of Helen Dynes’ weekly mixed media painting class of 12 painters, as they hold their 5th annual exhibition at CAN. Throughout the year the painters work on open themes ready to display during the summer – much like a 12 piece symphony orchestra rehearsing and preparing for a performance!

Enjoy the results of their hard work in the Main Gallery from 14 – 27 February, and open during the Art Deco Festival 2020.

The group will be celebrating the opening of their exhibition on Friday 14 February, 5-7pm. All welcome! Light refreshments will be served.

The painters meet once a week at CAN to be tutored and encouraged by expert tutor Helen Dynes. Helen is a finalist in the Adam Portraiture Award this year and we could not be more proud that she tutors at CAN. Her students enjoy their weekly sessions immensely and some firm friendships have developed as a result.

If you would like to enquire about her weekly classes and weekend workshops please contact Helen on 021 556 006 or email
