Using fresh goat’s milk from Tukituki Dairy Goats Farm, Pauline from Farmhouse Kitchen will teach you in this hands-on workshop how to make goat halloumi, feta and chèvre
Cost includes goats cheese made in workshop, plus an organic unbleached draining cloth, thermometer, mould and rennet for future cheese making.
You will go home with a full set of course notes, including recipes and instructions. And, of course, you’ll take some of your cheese at home to show off!
