The best ever not-yoga movement classes are a full body and mind experience. Called Awareness Through Movement ®, the classes are a great way to improve your mobility and overall sense of wellbeing. Classes are great for easing back pain, neck and shoulder pain and more!
If your favourite part of yoga classes is the lying down bit at the end or the delicious relaxed feeling when you finish, you'll love these classes. Each verbally guided movement lesson is especially designed for you to become more self-aware and how to find ease in yourself and your everyday activities.
And if you're not keen on yoga (or find yoga too much for your body to handle) you'll also love these classes! Each week we explore a different series of movement sequences and you work at your own level of comfort. Plus there's lots of rests along the way.

The classes are a specialised small-group format and have a maximum of five students per class. It doesn't matter if you've never tried an Awareness Through Movement ® class before or you've been doing it for years. All body types and levels are welcome.
