This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your breath and discover ways to breathe easily and fully.
Breathing is the most constant and fundamental thing you do. It is inextricably linked to every move you make and affects your emotions and general well-being.
Better breathing can:
- Increase energy and vitality
- Improve quality of sleep
- Reduce stress, tension and discomfort
- Improve posture
- Enhance athletic or musical performance
- Improve breathing difficulties and conditions
Rather than focusing on a particular breathing technique or “right” way of breathing, you will experience practical ways to improve the quality of your breathing in everyday life.
The verbally-guided Awareness Through Movement ® lessons will reveal the different aspects of breathing, how you do it and how it connects to your movement.
Better breathing can change your life!
Who is it for?
Anyone interested or working on increasing their energy level, wellbeing or physical performance. It’s also for those wanting to de-stress and promote calmness in their lives. Especially helpful for shallow or anxious breathers.
