Starting with a 6.30pm Sabrage of de la terre bubbles by winemaker Tony Prichard.
After pre-dinner bubbles, guests will be treated to a 5- star degustation dinner prepared by renown Chef Malcolm Redmond using seasonal produce from his organic garden. Each course will be paired perfectly and presented by Tony Prichard. Tony Prichard, one of New Zealand’s première winemakers, will showcase several wines of both familiar and lesser-known varieties that he has made over the years.
